You are requested to get all the information of the product from us before buying if you find that the given description does not satisfy your query.  You can do so by calling or mailing us info@aprodz.com.

The pictures of the products on display are taken in a favourable lighting setup so the real products and the pictures might not look exactly same and have some little variation in terms of colours or tone.

We follow the below mentioned-policies for our antique or home décor products: –


  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them.  To cancel the order, please mail us at info@aprodz.com. We will not be able to accept the cancellation request after 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Refund for cancellation of the order within 48 hours by the customer will be done after deducting 2% on net purchase amount.  Refund will be done in 7 bank working days.
  • Aprodz reserves the right to cancel any order any time and the refund will be initiated within 7 bank working days.


Shipping charges are included in the price displayed on the site.  Although, our logistic partners deliver to all the pin codes in India, yet there are a few pin codes that they charge an extra amount for which they call ODA or Extension charges.  You will need to pay an extra amount if your pin code is not regular serviceable pin code for our logistic partners.  This extra amount will depend on the product packing and other factors which the customer will be intimidated before shipping.  All the products displayed on the site can be shipped within India and overseas as well.  The charges for overseas shipping will be accordingly and you are requested to contact us at info@aprodz.com for the detail.


  • You are requested to open the parcels at the earliest after receiving the delivery.  Make sure the product is not damaged or other than ordered.  If you find the product damaged or incorrect, you are requested to write to us at info@aprodz.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcels along with the order ID and a picture of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange the repairing of the product in case of minor damages or scratches and replacement will not be done in such case.
  • If the product is damaged majorly, you are at the liberty to either get the replacement of the same product or exchange the product with product of the same price.
  • In case of replacement or exchange, you will need to bear the shipping charges if your pin code is an extension for our logistic partner.  Here shipping charges mean to and from.
  • The buyer needs to repack the damaged product securely and safely at its own cost.
  • Shipping of any replacement or exchange will be initiated within 7 working days after receiving of the damaged/defecting product back to our factory in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.


  • The return and refund will not be entertained on any of our Non-Refundable items except the product received is majorly damaged and in non-usable condition.
  • No Return and Refund will be acceptable in case of minor design or colour variation.
  • Real products and the pictures of the products displayed on the site might not match exactly in terms of tone and colour so the return and refund will not be done on the issues of colour/tone mismatch.
  • Refund will be initiated within 7 bank working days after the sold product has been received back in our unit in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.


Slight variation will be there in the actual product in regards to –COLOR TONE, FINISH & PATTERNS OF THE WOOD / WOODEN GRAINS.
